Internal technical teams are experiencing and monitoring large success in OTP delivery and login across the board. Incident is still being prioritise till fully resolved but now is an intermittent fault. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Further updates to follow
12:00 07/02/2025 We are currently experiencing issues with the delivery of One-Time Passwords (OTP), which may be preventing access to our portals. Our team is actively investigating and working to resolve this as a priority.
To maintain the highest levels of security, we are unable to disable the OTP function. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your patience as we work towards a resolution.
