31/10/2025 16:30 After a period of monitoring teams are happy normal service has resumed.
30/10/2025 14:23 Our third party have confirmed all services are operational. Incident placed in monitoring/Resolution until further notice. We again apologise for any inconvenience caused.
31/10/2025 14:15 Internal teams are seeing functionality restored in certain areas. allpay are working with the third party who have identified and are actively working on resolution. Further updates to follow.
31/10/2025 13:20 Our third party provider has notified allpay that they are currently experiencing a global outage on there platform. They are actively resolving the issue at this stage. Further updates to follow.
