Please be aware we have been experiencing Internet connectivity issues which has been affecting our Phone lines and the ability to handle high call volumes. The route cause has been remediated. These steps have now resolved the issue and stable internet connectivity has resumed.
We continued to monitor the internet connectivity during business hours and have established full resolution.
Please be aware we have been experiencing Internet connectivity issues which has been affecting our Phone lines and the ability to handle high call volumes. The route cause of this issue has now been identified and our technical teams have engaged remediation steps. These steps have now resolved the issue and stable internet connectivity has resumed.
We will be monitoring the internet connectivity during the remainder of business hours before establishing full resolution.
