We are pleased to confirm that we believe the issue affecting debit and credit card payments has now been resolved.

The allpay Team
Please be advised, our third party payments provider is currently experiencing an issue that is resulting in failed transactions across several of our payment channels.
As a result, your customers may be unable to complete payments successfully, and some may receive error messages when attempting to pay.
What your customers need to know
If a payment attempt has resulted in an error, please advise your customers not to retry the payment multiple times.
Instead, ask them to check their bank account to confirm whether any funds have been taken before attempting another payment.
Our technical teams are working closely with the third party to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We will continue to provide updates on our Service Status Page until full resolution.
