20/01/2025 11:00 Our third party providers are still processing the large volume of data so some is available and some not. If you experience an issue in seeing the details required in the relevant prepaid portal please do not reorder whilst we await confirmation all data is processed and displayed. Further updates to follow

19/01/2025 11:00 We have been notified by our third party a networking issue over the weekend has delayed Card orders/ The data for the card orders to appear in the prepaid portal (s). This should be rectified by tomorrow morning 20/01/2025 we apologise for the delay in this function. Further updates to follow
