Information notice Intermittent Prepaid portal Text Pin function

21/01/2026 11:00 Our Prepaid portal provider has notified of an issue with the text pin function in the Prepaid portal. They are currently escalating with there third party and will provide update when available. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

20/01/2025 11:00 Our third party providers are still processing the large volume of data so some is available and some not. If you experience an issue in seeing the details required in the relevant prepaid portal please do not reorder whilst we await confirmation all data is processed and displayed. Information notice PIF delivery over Christmas and New Year

• In preparation for the Christmas, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Bank Holidays, please be advised that we will not be producing Payment Information Files on Thursday 25th, Friday 26th December 2025 and Thursday 1st January 2026.

• All Payment Information Files for Thursday 25th and Friday 26th December will be made available on Saturday 27th December.

• All Payment Information Files for 28th, 29th, 30th and 31st December will be made available as normal.
