21/01/2026 11:00 Our Prepaid portal provider has notified of an issue with the text pin function in the Prepaid portal. They are currently escalating with there third party and will provide update when available. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
20/01/2025 11:00 Our third party providers are still processing the large volume of data so some is available and some not. If you experience an issue in seeing the details required in the relevant prepaid portal please do not reorder whilst we await confirmation all data is processed and displayed.
